As proposed by field officer, May grant permission for inspection of the unit to check the adequacy of the APCM INSTALLED BY THE UNIT as per scheme submitted at the time of the CTE anmd for collection of sample, if any.

Permission for inspection of the unit may be granted to RO/ FO for processing the consent case as requested by RO in view of inspection policy of the Board and RO will submit the comprehensive inspection report on prescribed proforma and report on compliance Status regarding installation of all the required pollution control measures proposed by unit at the time of obtaining CTE and Comments on their structural adequacy alongwith report on Compliance of conditions of CTE .

The said unit is a Screening Plant unit village Mandoli Gagrah land bearing details Khewat No 6, Khasra No No 10//19 (Total Land 08K 0M). The unit has submitted the land documents on the name of proprietor of the unit. The said unit is a proprietorship firm SH Satinder Kumar is the prop of the said unit. The said unit has submitted the fresh CTO fees of Rs 30000/- through online. The unit has submitted the siting verification report from concerned Tehsildar vide report dated 23.02.2017 District forest officer vide no 5177 dated 14.03.2017 and District Town Planner vide Memo No E-394 dated 16.03.2017. The unit has submitted the feasibility report for pollution control device as per Notification dated 10.03.2016. The unit has submitted the all the documents for obtaining the Consent to operate from the Board as per checklist of CTO. The unit is meeting all the siting parameters as per Schedule -1 of the Notification dated 10.03.2016. In view of the facts it is recommended that CTO under water/air acts from 10.04.2017 to 31.03.2019 may be granted to unit with the condition that unit will comply with the provision of the notification dated 10.03.2016.Unit will maintain the 03 nos sediments tank for the re circulation of washing effluent.
