SCN for the refusal of CTO may be issued to the unit for the following deficiencies : 1. C.A certificate submitted by the unit is with out date of issue. 2.Most of the columns of the application form are left blank , you are asked to fill up each and every column of the application form , unit can mention NA in the column which is not applicable instead of left blank .

Unit has submitted the Analysis report under air act for TFH of dt. 10.04.2017 from Pvt. Laboratory and it has comes in to the knowledge of the under signed that Recognition of the said Laboratory has been expired on 31.03.2017 and has not been renewed till date . Hence the said Analysis Report is not considerable for the CTO renewal as per policy of the Board , Therefore unit be directed to Either submit the Analysis report from recognized Laboratory or Submit Sample testing fees under Air act with in 3 days submitted please .

RO LEVEL CASE -----The said unit is engaged in the manufacturing of plywood and covered under orange category of Industries .The said unit has obtained CTO from the board up to 31.03.2017 vide application no.746138 dt.26.03.2014.Now unit has applied again for the renewal of consent to operate .Unit has submitted CTO fees of Rs.22200/- for three years along with 300 % Late fees of Rs22200/- vide online transaction no. 425769323 dt. 17.04.2017 . Unit is not generating any trade effluent . Unit has provided septic tank for Domestic effluent . Unit has installed Cyclone as APCM on TFH and as per A/R no 1961 dt 05.09.2017 all the parameters are within prescribed limits. Unit has provided closed Hazardous waste storage room as per HWM rules and submitted agreement with GEPIL and authorized recycler of waste oil for scientific disposal of hazardous waste . Unit has installed proper stack height and acoustic enclosure on the D.G set and submitted the noise monitoring report of the same which is with in prescribed limits .Unit has submitted all required documents as per check list. In view of the above , if approved CTO under Water act and Air act for the period 01.04.2017 to 31.03.2020 may be granted to the unit as per policy of the board with the conditions That : 1.Unit will handover waste oil of D.G set only to the Authorized recycler. 2. Unit will run APCM regularly and maintained log books properly . 3.That the unit shall keep all the parameters within the prescribed limits and shall comply with all the Norms and Rules as prescribed in the Act 4.That the unit will provide inter locking arrangement of DG set with APCM and shall have separate D.G. set to ensure regular and effective running of pollution control devices. 5.That the unit will not discharge any untreated effluent inside and outside its premises. 6.That the unit will not add any air polluting process/ machinery and also not to add any process which increases the water pollution load. 7. That the unit will comply with all the provisions of Hazardous Waste Rules . 8 . That the CTO so granted shall become invalid in case of violation of any of the above / any law of the land .
