In compliance of the deficiencies observed, please find enclosed herewith the reply along with the CTO refusal certificate and the previous CTO granted and other necessary documents. In view of above, you are requested kindly to grant the CTO for the period up to 31.03.2019.

The said unit is engaged in stone crushing and covered in orange category at Sr.No. 64 as per H.O new categorization order vide no. 546-572 dt.14.07.2016. The site of unit is lying outside controlled area or town area as per DTP Bhiwani letter obtained by unit at time of CTE and the said case not require CLU as well as cost of project is less than 10 crore. So, the said CTO case can be decided at R.O level as per H.O order no.5814-5839 dt. 02.03.2016. Unit obtained CTO vide letter vide letter No. 829 Dated:16/09/2004 from 01/04/2004 to 31/03/2005. Previously unit CTO refused vide letter no.3140500 dt.07.02.2017.Now unit has submitted compliance of refusal along with performance security of Rs.50000 as per board policy.The said unit has uploaded intimation letter submitted on 12.03.2005 regarding closed down of operation of the said unit due to domestic reasons. The unit has also submitted nil sale tax ITR from sale tax for period 2005 to 2016 for proof that unit not operate for said period. The unit has submitted the consent fee and late fee as per board fee schedule per board policy. The said unit has submitted details along with photograph of APCM installed. The unit has provided the APCM as per provisions of Notification dated 18.12.97/11.05.2016. The unit has purchased its legal material from the legal mines from Haryana State. In view of above, it is recommended that consent to operate may be granted to the unit for the year 01.06.2017 to 31.03.2018 with the usual terms & condition of the Board and other specific condition. 1. That the unit will run and maintain the APCM to bring emissions within limits prescribed by board .2. That the unit will submit the analysis report from the Board lab within one month from the date of issue the said consent to operate 3Unit will apply for HW authorization within 7 days & run DG only after obtaining HW authorization as HW Rules,2016.4.
