Respected Sir, We are submitting the pointwise reply of Observation raised by your office:- 1. We are submitted proper C.A. Certificate regarding capital investment cost w.r.t. land, building, plant and machinery of the unit is attached. 2. Noise monitoring sample has been done by your office on dated 26-04- 2017. 3. We are submitted the copy of agreement with authorized used oil recycler for the disposal of Hazardous waste i.e. used oil from DG sets (Copy attached). 4. We have deposited Full CTO fees under Water & Air Act through Demand Draft of Rs. 80,000 along with 200 % late fees in your Regional office. Your are requested kindly grant us CTO please.

The above said unit has applied for CTO under Water Act, Air Act & Authorization under HWM Rules for the period 01-04-2017-31-03-2020. The unit has deposited CTO fees under Water & Air Act for 03 years alongwith 200% late fees. Unit has obtained previous CTO/Authorization valid up to 31-03-2017. Unit is engaged in manufacturing of Chair Parts, Furniture, Automobile Components (PLASTIC MOULDED COMPONENTS) and covered under GREEN Category. The mandatory inspection of the unit has also been done in the month of April 2017 and found complying in all respects (copy of mandatory inspection report enclosed). Unit is neither generating/discharging any trade effluent nor emitting any air emission. Therefore ETP/APCM as well as A/R under Water/Air Act is not required. Unit has made agreement with Authorized Recycler for disposal of used oil generated from D.G. sets. Unit has provided acoustic enclosure on their 500 & 125 KVA DG sets with proper stack height. As per mandatory inspection report/noise monitoring report of DG set, parameters are within limits. Unit has submitted requisite fees along with all relevant documents. Total investment cost of the unit is less than 10 Crores. So, the case is to be decided at Regional Office Level. In view of above, it is recommended that Consent to Operate under Water Act, Air Act & Authorization under HWM Rules for the period 01-04-2017 to 31-03-2020 may be granted to the unit with general terms & conditions.
