RO Level Case - The above said unit is involving in manufacturing of Synthetic Resins falls under the orange category. The unit has obtained the previous consent to operate upto 31-03-2017 through online. Now on dated 17-03-2017 the unit has applied for the renewal of the consent to operate. The unit has applied for CTO under Water/Air Act/HWM Rules for the year 2017-19. The unit is not discharging any trade effluent. The unit has only HSD Fired boiler which is below 2 tons, so no A/R under Air act is required as per policy of board. Unit has submitted the CA certificate of projects cost of Rs. 1.79 Crore and having the area more than 01 Acre in industrial area / sector. The unit has also submitted the copy of agreement made with registered recycler of used oil for safe disposal. The unit has deposited the consent fees of Rs. 33,300/- vide DD No.128121 dated 18-03-2017 including 200% additional fees (14,800/-) and 02 years consent fees (14,800/-). In view of above, the case may be decided at RO Level and the consent under Air Act and Water Act and authorization under HWM Rules may be granted for the period 01-04-2017 to 31-03-2019 with the condition: 1. Unit will follow the all the Rules & Regulation laid by the competent authority. 2. unit will not discharged any type of trade effluent. 3. The unit will submit annual return for HWM as per the standard guidelines.

As recommended by AEE-I, the consent under Air Act and Water Act and authorization under HWM Rules may be granted for the period 01-04-2017 to 31-03-2019 with the condition: 1. Unit will follow the all the Rules & Regulation laid by the competent authority. 2. unit will not discharged any type of trade effluent. 3. The unit will submit annual return for HWM as per the standard guidelines.
