the said unit is a stp operated by mc faridabad.the stp of 65 mld capacity has been installed. samples of treated domestic effluent were collected and as per a/r ,the parameters are within limit, the unit complied the conditions of consent and deposited consent fee. it has dg sets of 3+300 kva provided with acoustic enclosure and monitoring report is within limit.it uploaded copy of proof of fee deposited,analysis report,site plan,undertaking,noise monitoring report.in view of above the consent under WATER/AIR ACT and authorization under HWM rules for the period 01/04/17 to 30.09.19 may be granted to said local body with the conditions that it will run stp regularly and keep all the parameters within limit and the unit will comply the directions of board.

The STP installed by the MCF was visited by the concerned field officer on dated 24-07-2017 to collect the samples from the STP. On dated 24-07-2017, it was found that the bye pass facility exists in their 20 MLD STP has been stopped by making the brick wall in the channel. Presently, the bye pass facility is not existing. However, the samples from the common inlet of STP and outlet of 20 MLD & 45 MLD STP were taken. As per A/R issued by the Faridabad Lab vide report no. 62M dated 31-07-2017, the parameters were found exceeding the permissible limits, copy enclosed. In view of above, CTO under Water Act, Air Act & Authorization under HWM Rules for the year 2017-18 may be refused as the parameters were found exceeding limits as per A/R dated 31-07-2017.

IF APPROVED, THE CTO UNDER WATER ACT, AIR ACT, AUTHORIZATION UNDER HW & OW RULE 2016 MAY BE REFUSED FOR NOT COMPLYING THE PROVISIONS OF WATER ACT, AIR ACT, AUTHORIZATION UNDER HW & OW RULE 2016 FOR THE YEAR 2017-18
