In reply of SCN for refusal of CTO, it is submitted that 1. We have deposited total amount of Rs. 38000/- (Rs. 13000/- vide D.D. No. 814294 dated 07-02-2017 & Rs. 25000/- vide D.D. No. 188338 dated 10.03.2017). 2. We are enclosing latest analysis report along with complete reply.

Unit has applied for Consent to Operate under Water Act & Air Act. It is a Readymix Concrete Plant installed for the specific project of M/s Vatika Limited at Sector - 89A, Gurgaon in its premises. Earlier, unit was exempted from Consent Management as per policy order of 2014 regarding RMC Plant having investment less than 1 Crore. Now, as per new notification, the RMC Plant are covered under Green Category. Unit has deposited CTO Fees along with 100% late fees. Unit has submitted all required documents as per policy of the Board. As per analysis report of Air Emissions parameters are well within the prescribed norms. Unit was visited and found that unit has installed the pollution control measures as per notification issued by the Board for Readymix Concrete Plant. Investment cost of the unit is less than 10 Crores so the case will be dealt by your goodself. In view of above, it is recommended that Consent to Operate under Water Act & Air Act for the period from 09-02-2017 to 31.03.2018 may be granted to the unit with usual terms and conditions of the Board.

The case is incomplete therefore can't be processed. Final opportunity for submitting complete documents is given to unit. Submit your report accordingly.
