With reference to your SCN No. R17PITCTOA/W/HWMSCN3718957 dated 30/01/2017 now we have submitted that we have applied for agreement with GEPIL. The sample of our ETP was collected by the GEPIL, FBD on 13/02/2017 which is under process. As per telephonically discussion the agreement will be received within 15 days and after receiving the agreement copy from the GEPIL we will submit all the documents in your Regional Office. Copy of the message received from GEPIL attached herewith. So you are requested to accept the same and grant us consent to operate as early as possible.

unit was previously having cto upto 31.03.17. Now applied on dt. 31.12.16. A/R no. ITL/ ED/ 04 dt. 07.12.16 of trade effluent shows results within limits. No source of air emissions. submitted copy of C.A. certificate and latest A/R from Pvt. lab (attached in documents). Unit has submitted copy of applied for agreement with GEPIL. Applied and deposited cto fees for 05 years. therefore cto may be granted for the period 01.04.17 to 30.09.21 under Both Acts and Authorization under HWM Rules with the condition that unit will submit copy of agreement with GEPIL within 30 days and will keep all the parameters within prescribed limits, if approved, please.
Approved for grant of CTO for the period 1.04.2016 to 30.09.2021 as recommended by field officer under Water Act, 1974 Air Act, 1981 and authorization under HWM Rules, 2016.
