Total investment of the unit is Rs. 40,63,750/- as per CA certificate submitted by the unit, which is less than Rs. 10 Crore. The said unit has applied for renewal of CTO and submitted necessary documents and CTO fees as per policy of the Board. The unit has submitted CTO fees of Rs. 10000/- vide DD No. 109979 dated 30.12.2016. The unit has submitted the copy of last CTO obtained from the Board (valid upto 31.03.2017), CA certificate, undertaking regarding compliance of standard operating procedure for tyre pyrolysis plants, copy of agreement with Gepil, as per latest A/R of effluent and air emission (authorized lab) submitted by the unit the parameters are within prescribed limits. CTO under Water & Air Acts and authorisation under HWM Rules may be granted to the unit for the period 01.04.2017 to 31.03.2022 as per usual terms & conditions of the Board and with specific condition that 1.Unit will strictly comply the standard operating procedure issued by MoEF/CPCB for tyre pyrolysis plants.
