We have submitted the fees for stack Air emission sample testing therefore You are requested to collect the sample for testing. 2. Enclosing herewith copy of agreement with registered oil recycler. 3. Enclosing herewith copy of HWM return. 4. We have submitted the fees for Noise pollution testing therefore You are requested to coolect the sample for testing. 5. We have submitted the additional details in the application. 6. We have submitted the CTO fees for one year vide DD No – 491741 dated 26.04.2017 of Rs -125700/- as detail mention below :- Consent fees air for one year – 15000X 1 = 15000/- Consent fees water for one year – 15000X 1 = 15000/- Consent Late fees (300%) for air – 15000X 300% = 45000/- Consent Late fees (300%) for water – 15000X 300% = 45000/- Air sample testing fees for one year – 2700X 1 = 2700/- Noise pollution testing fees for 3 nos DG Set – 1000X 3 = 3000/- Total fees = 125700/- Kindly acknowledge the receipt of the same & instruct the concern person to collect the sample. Reply submitted by the unit is not satisfactory. SCN may be issued to the unit- 1. Not submitted the agreement with registered oil recycler. 2. Not submitted the HWM return. 3. Not submitted the proper CA certificate as per the previous. The case may be sent to H.O for permission to collect the samples as the unit has deposited the testing fees with the Board.

As per policy of the Board, unit has deposited the sample fees under Water / Air Act & Noise Rules. Kindly grant the permission for collection of samples.

HO level case :-Unit is involving in manufacturing of auto parts from pressure die casting from Aluminum ingots and Aluminum extraction from scrap falls under the orange category. The unit has applied for regular consent to operate under Water Act & Air Act upto 31-03-2017. Now on 27-04-2017 the unit has applied for renewal of consent. The unit has submitted the 300% additional fees of Rs. 90,000/- and consent fees of Rs. 30,000/- for 01 year along with performance security of Rs 2.0/- lacs . The unit is not generating/discharging any trade effluent. Therefore, A/R is not required. Sample of air emissions has been collected and as per latest A/R of air emissions for the year 2017-18, parameters are within limits (copy enclosed). Unit has provided APCM for the furnace which is structurally adequate and functioning properly. The unit is not covered under HWM Rules. The unit has provided canopy on the 325 KVA DG set & noise monitoring report is attached herewith. In view of above facts, CTO under Water Act & Air Act and authorization under HWM Rules, for the period 27-04-2017 to 31-03-2018 may be granted to the unit with general terms & conditions.

As recommended by AEE-II, CTO under Water Act & Air Act and authorization under HWM Rules, for the period 27-04-2017 to 31-03-2018 may be granted to the unit with general terms & conditions.

Case reffered back with the folowing observations. 1.You have recommended authorisation under HWM,whereas field officer in her note dated 1.8 2017 has varified that unit is not covered under HWM Rules.Clarify the matter & submit recommendation accordingly.

Its written that The unit is not covered under HWM Rules is due to typographical mistake. The source of hazardous waste is used oil from D.G set & is covered under HWM Rules. In view of above facts, CTO under Water Act & Air Act and authorization under HWM Rules, for the period 27-04-2017 to 31-03-2018 may be granted to the unit with general terms & conditions.
