Unit has wrongly applied in CTO instead of CTE. Now unit has applied in CTE vide application no. 322685, which is under process. Unit request letter uploaded in the noting history. In view of above it is recommended that to send it HO for deletion the application no. 3150754 dt. 26.05.2016.

As per the report submitted by Sc B the unit has wrongly applied for CTO instead of CTE. Unit has also applied CTE application vide no. 322685 and the same is under process. Therefore it is recommended that unit CTO application no. 3150754 dt. 26.05.2016. may please be deleted as the same can not be dealt till the CTE application is decided. The pendency therefore reflects on OCMMS.

There is provision in OCMMs to freeze the application on specific grounds which can be availed Instead of deletion of application. Reexamine and process accordingly.

As per latest categorisation issued vide orders dated 14.07.2016 of industries, this type of industry is covered under white category at Sr. 14 and is not covered under the consent management of the Board. Earlier it was covered under consent management of Board under orange category. As per order passed by Hon'ble Punjab & Haryana High Court to survey all the units in HSIIDC, Saha, it was covered under consent management of the Board under orange category and unit was closed by Board as non-applicant. Unit has requested for suspension of closure order and is pending. The Board has submitted an affidavit through Worthy Member Secretary that no further legal action will be taken against the unit. In view of above, may accord permission to delete this application.
